We’re looking for a
Vice President of Sales
to lead and scale our revenue engine as we enter the next phase of explosive growth.
Role Overview
As VP of Sales, you will own
revenue strategy, sales execution, and team leadership . You’ll build a world-class sales organization, define repeatable playbooks, and expand market share across industries. This role requires a
proven SaaS sales leader
with experience scaling teams in high-growth environments and a passion for helping SMBs adopt transformative technology.
You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across the full go-to-market lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute the sales strategy to accelerate ARR growth and expand market penetration.
Develop scalable sales processes, playbooks, and enablement frameworks.
Partner with Marketing and Product to align messaging, GTM campaigns, and customer engagement.
Team Building & Management
Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing sales talent across SDR, AE, and management levels.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Implement sales training and mentorship programs that elevate the team’s skills.
Execution & Growth
Drive predictable pipeline generation and conversion through outbound, inbound, and channel strategies.
Lead contract negotiations, enterprise deals, and expansion opportunities.
Track performance with data-driven forecasting, reporting, and KPI measurement.
Market Expansion & Partnerships
Identify and develop strategic channel partnerships and reseller networks.
Explore vertical-specific strategies across auto, healthcare, financial services, hospitality, and more.
Serve as a brand ambassador, representing GetDandy at events, industry forums, and key client engagements.
Qualifications
10+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years at the VP or Director level.
Proven track record of scaling ARR from early-stage to $50M+ with SMB and mid-market focus.
Deep experience in building, mentoring, and expanding high-performing sales teams.
Mastery of SaaS sales models, pipeline management, and forecasting.
Strong business acumen and negotiation skills with experience in complex deal cycles.
Passion for AI, automation, and transforming SMB growth.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
