Fully Remote (Georgia residents preferred or within 50 miles of the border) –
Schedule:
Part‑time, afternoon (3:00 PM–7:00 PM) –
Pay:
Competitive hourly rates plus weekly pay, plus a

Job Responsibilities
Supervise RBTs via telehealth or in‑person based on BACB and insurance standards
Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
Provide caregiver training and support using ABA principles
Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA) when clinically appropriate
Review and analyze data, monitor progress, and adjust programming as needed
Qualifications
Active BCBA Certification (BACB) in good standing
Must maintain CEUs and certifications
Clinical experience working with children and families in ABA settings
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with ABA software and data analysis tools
Knowledge of Dr. Greg Hanley’s methods and a holistic ABA approach is a plus
