**Onsite | Greenwood Village, CO** We are seeking an experienced SeniorWireless Engineer toprovide strategic and technical leadership in the development and deployment of wireless technologies, including Wi-Fi and mobile engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across Wi-Fi 5, Wi-Fi 6, Wi-Fi 7, 4G LTE, and IoT technologies, as well as strong proficiency in networking disciplines such as routing, switching, and security. We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. Rate: $60 - $70 / hr. w2 Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end development of wireless technology solutions involving devices/CPEs, access, transport, core, and backend systems. Assess new product requirements and architect technology solutions to support product development. Test and certify wireless products such as Small Cells, Home/SMB Routers, Wireless APs, Wireless Access Gateways (WAGs), and Controllers for deployment. Collaborate with Operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve wireless access network issues impacting business or customer performance. Provide leadership in developing tools and processes for new technology testing, validation, and support. Conduct lab evaluations and field trials to validate technology concepts and solutions. Drive innovation in wireless technologies, including 802.11ad/ay, UWB, BNC, Mesh Networks, and others, to enhance network performance and customer experience. Support initiatives focused on wireless security improvements, network function virtualization, and the introduction of new applications and services. Contribute to the optimization of public Wi-Fi infrastructure and development of Spectrum Wi-Fi performance tools. Participate in RFPs/RFIs, vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, and technology roadmap discussions. Review designs, code, and unit test plans where applicable.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years in wireless technology development and management, preferably with major U.S.-based MSOs, Telcos, satellite operators, or wireless vendors. Deep knowledge of WiFi5, WiFi6, WiFi7, and 4G-LTE technologies; familiarity with 5G. Experience in managing wireless access engineering systems. Understanding of CPE, Wireless Gateway, and Router design and operator roadmaps. Operational knowledge of WiFi and LTE deployments. Tools Proficiency: SQL databases, Splunk, Plume, Scope, and other network diagnostics and troubleshooting tools. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving and technical communication abilities. Demonstrated ability to innovate and implement emerging technologies.

Education Requirements:

B.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering required; MBA preferred.
