We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our Vernon Hills, IL branch. This role is critical to supporting our customer base. The ISR will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing accounts while providing excellent service to walk-in and inbound customers.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and assist with established customer accounts such as homeowners, skilled trades contractors, millwork fabricators, industrial woodworking companies, and high‑end cabinetmakers.
Handle inbound calls, emails, and texts.
Collaborate with the branch team to provide product knowledge, service solutions, and order fulfillment.
Deliver outstanding customer service that reflects Wood Worker Express’s exemplary reputation.
Onsite role only – this position is not remote or hybrid.
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Compensation
Salary: $50k to $55k annual salary + possible bonus incentive of up to $1k quarterly contingent on company performance.
Requirements
2–4 years of Inside Sales experience preferred.
Industry knowledge in woodworking/building materials is a plus but not required.
Strong communication skills with the ability to handle high‑volume customer interaction.
Proven ability to manage relationships and provide solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
Team‑oriented, dependable, and customer‑focused.
