ProSidian seeks a Project Manager | Information Resource Center (IRC) Administrative Support Services for program support on a contract contingent generally located across the Arlington, VA, across the Mid Atlantic Region supporting USTDA supports U.S. exports via overseas infrastructure project development and partnership funding. We seek Project Manager | Information Resource Center (IRC) Administrative Support Services candidates with relevant government and public services sector experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for government and public services sector clients such as USTDA. This is a contract contingent or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Information Resource Center (IRC) Administrative Support Services functional area/swim lane/category discipline professional; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time ProSidian employed W-2 position. The role is located in the Mid Atlantic Region, is at or near Arlington, VA. Centralize resources, optimize workflows, and deliver responsive support services that promote clarity, efficiency, and growth. We provide streamlined administrative assistance, enhance resource access, and offer customized solutions to help organizations succeed effectively. Project manager: - At least 15 years of relevant work experience - Demonstrates strong leadership, management, and supervisory skills - Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills - Strong interpersonal, oral, and written skills - Experience with performance and oversight of quality control program - Proficient in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting - Experience with administrative services like office management, records, human resources support, or procurement - Experience analyzing and implementing business processes - Experience leading projects, including creating project plans and process maps - Proficient in using software for data analysis, financial management, and project management - Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks - Experience with risk management related to timelines, costs, or compliance - Experience using data to make decisions, measure performance, and improve outcomes - Understanding of budget management, contractor personnel oversight, and other relevant administrative functions - Ability to provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting issues with AV equipment during events College degree required, business, management, or related degree preferred. All personnel under this contract must meet or exceed the following minimum qualifications: - Proficient in the use of commercial software packages and databases, such as Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. - Possess the ability to respond flexibly and to provide rapid assistance in a time-sensitive environment. - Possess strong organizational and customer service skills. - U.S. citizenship. - Ability to obtain and retain a "SECRET" security clearance. Leadership, budgeting, stakeholder communication, scheduling, and process improvement. Strategic thinking, adaptability, attention to detail, and team coordination. Reports directly to USTDA COR; ensures deliverables align with contract objectives. Since it may be necessary for some ProSidian personnel to have access to classified material and/or to enter into areas requiring a security clearance, individual clearances shall be maintained for the duration of employment under this contract, or until access requirements change. Due to the sensitive nature of our work, the individuals who will be actively completing work on this contract or reviewing documents related to our operations must either be cleared (Secret Fcl / Top Secret Fcl) or be able to obtain and maintain a clearance. All personnel must possess an active Secret clearance with eligibility for Interim TS/SCI or a full TS/SCI clearance in DISS at the time of proposal submission and maintain it throughout the contract. Compliance with FAR 52.204-2 and DoD security requirements (DD Form 254, DD Form 441, and DoD 5220.22-M) is mandatory. Employees denied a Top Secret clearance after receiving an Interim TS will be restricted from contract duties, but this does not relieve ProSidian from performance obligations.
