About the job

In this role, youll initially use your highly organised and customer-focused approach to support the work of our busy Customer Experience team to onboard new customers, proactively drive success, and add value for our customers. Youll then have opportunities to grow your career with ComplyWith, and this is likely to include playing a key role in delivering our rapidly developing ComplyWith Managed subscription service. This is a full-time role in our Customer Experience Team, based in our Wellington waterfront office. What you'll be doing

Youll quickly come up to speed with our processes and systems so that you can: Undertake a range of customer delivery project work, including:

Setting up project plans and Trello boards, tracking time, and ticking off work against agreed project milestones Managing calendars, and scheduling and booking rooms and meetings over email and through Calendly Updating users in customer tools Providing in-meeting support such as taking notes and helping with software demonstrations Supporting the set-up of legal compliance surveys, monitoring those surveys, and helping report on survey results Communicating with customers via email, phone, Teams, and in person Helping develop meeting and communication templates Gathering and maintaining customer data and entering this in our CRM

Support the wider team and business, including:

Advocating for our products at conferences and industry events Supporting internal projects Contributing to process and team efficiency improvements. Proactively completing recurring and ad-hoc admin tasks, including:

Logging time worked by the team in MinuteDock Updating Team calendars and our whiteboard Research tasks.

Youll also have the chance to grow your career with the opportunity to become more involved in the delivery of our ComplyWith Managed service our premium offering where we provide ongoing hands?on support to our customers after they have had ComplyWith implemented. Youll work closely with other members of the Customer Experience Team and have mentoring and support from senior team members to get up to speed. How you'll know you're successful

Were looking for someone whos enthusiastic, proactive, and comfortable communicating with more senior people within customer organisations. Youll have an organised approach and can grow with us as ComplyWith continues to accelerate.
