Warehouse Associate (Multiple Shifts)

Location: Fort Worth, TX 76140. Employment: 6‑month contract with potential extension or conversion to full‑time. Onsite: Monday through Friday.

Schedule & Shifts: Shift 1 – 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Overtime is mandatory during high‑volume periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify shipment contents against shipping documents, noting discrepancies or damage.
• Operate computer terminal to enter receipts and print packing labels.
• Pick outbound orders using RF scanners, ensuring correct quantity and product.
• Prepare and pack products in appropriately sized boxes, then send onto the conveyor line for quality checking.
• Maintain accurate labeling and product identification.
• Keep workspace clean and follow all safety standards.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of shipping, warehouse, and safety procedures and basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills for handling inquiries or complaints.
• Ability to use RF technology; forklift certification is a plus.
• Experience with WMS systems (SAP preferred) and knowledge of FedEx, UPS, DHL power stations.
• Typing speed of 25–40 WPM.
