Job Overview

Warehouse Associate (Multiple Shifts)
Fort Worth, TX (Onsite). 6‑month contract with potential extensions and full‑time conversion.

Schedule & Pay
Monday‑Friday, 2:00 PM‑10:30 PM. $18.70/hour ($17 base + 10% shift differential). Overtime mandatory during high volume periods.

Responsibilities

• Verify contents of shipments against shipping documents, noting discrepancies or damage.
• Enter receipts and print labels using computer terminal.
• Pick outbound orders with RF scanners, ensuring correct quantity and product.
• Select appropriate box size, pack items and forward to conveyor line for quality checks and metering.
• Maintain cleanliness, adhere to safety standards, and support a team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of shipping, warehouse, and safety procedures; basic computer proficiency.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to respond promptly to inquiries or complaints.
• Familiarity with RF technology; forklift certification a plus.
• Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP preferred).
• Understanding of FedEx, UPS, and DHL Power Stations.
• Typing speed of 25‑40 wpm.
