Description
Gaines and Company, founded in 1954, is a well-established residential and commercial site developer. We are seeking a machine operator with experience in earthwork, underground utilities, and heavy equipment to join our team. The operator will handle excavators, dozers, and roller end dumps on uneven, off‑road terrain, read plans, work cooperatively with a crew, perform laborer duties, and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Additional duties include equipment inspections and maintenance reporting. All work will be performed safely and in compliance with safety policies and procedures.
