We’re hiring skilled Dirt Heavy Equipment Operators who take pride in moving earth, cutting grade, and building pad-ready sites safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate dozers, excavators, graders, and loaders for dirt work, grading, and backfill.
• Read grade stakes, GPS rovers, and cut sheets to meet spec.
• Keep work clean and accurate — tight tolerances, smooth grades.
• Communicate with Foremen, truck drivers, and crew to maintain flow.
• Perform pre-trip checks and follow all iHawl safety standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience operating dirt equipment.
• Skilled in mass excavation, finish grading, and slope work.
• OSHA 10 (required) / OSHA 30 (preferred).
• GPS or laser-guided experience a plus.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and safety-driven.
