Roles & Responsibilities
- ServiceNow – Request Forms/SC Tasks:
- Weekly Process Improvement Meetings
- QA, Testing, Escalations, Routing
- Support – Written or co‑authored ~20 Help Articles (Processes, how‑to’s, Best Practices)
- Support Global HCL Tech’s (Chat/email daily answering questions regarding SC Tasks or forms)
- Demo Processes (6 AM Europe Demo’s, 10 PM Asia Pac Demo’s, and normal hour meetings)
- Reporting/Dashboards – Provide monthly reporting for hubs globally and SC Tasks dashboards upon request
- Post updates to processes on Workplace
- Asset Management:
- Bi‑weekly Process Improvement Meeting with Leland Dingman (Asset Mgmt. Product Owner) and dev team
- Lenovo GSK PO Asset Import – Send weekly spreadsheet to SNOW instances to import new GSK PO Lenovo laptop/desktops
- Generic Import Template – Global import of Assets and Consumables into stockrooms (Apple Assets, MacBook’s and iPads, consumables), submit globally for all countries excluding UK
- Support – Testing new features and provide escalations
- Reconcile weekly/monthly consumable quantities that are showing incorrectly in lounges/hubs
- Finance:
- Provide monthly cross‑charge data for North America, United Kingdom, India, and Poland; submit all Computer, iPad, and Consumables deployed from each country’s sites/hubs for cross‑charge
- Provide end‑of‑month kit values; send monthly spreadsheets to Finance to show kit held in stock per country (NA, UK, India, Poland)
- Cancellations – maintain monthly list of laptop requests to remove from billing for New Starters that did not take the job or duplicate/error requests; access to “Unconsume” consumables for users who did not want the accessories requested
- Global Hub Process Alignment:
- Weekly meetings with NA, UK, India, and Poland Hubs to ensure processes are followed, gather improvement feedback, and support additional questions
