Role Overview
Harvey is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our San Francisco and New York‑based executives. The ideal candidate brings a “no task too big, no task too small” mindset, exercises sound judgment, and thrives in fast‑paced, dynamic environments. This role requires someone who can seamlessly partner with 2‑3 VPs and team members across the organization, while demonstrating exceptional discretion, adaptability, and resilience.
What You’ll Do
- Keep things running smoothly by managing complex calendars, from executive one‑on‑one meetings and team syncs to meetings with customers and prospects and company events.
- Act as the go‑to connector between your executive and internal teams, partners, and customers, ensuring communication is seamless and timely.
- Own the preparation: draft agendas, pull together materials, track action items, and follow up to keep momentum going.
- Take the lead on booking travel, thinking efficient, well‑planned itineraries that save time and reduce friction.
- Handle sensitive information with care, using good judgment and a high level of discretion.
- Jump in on ad hoc projects: bring structure, keep things moving, and get stuff done.
- Support with presentation and deck preparation as needed, from formatting to content coordination, to ensure executives are set up for success.
- Pitch in on general office and admin needs—no task too small when it helps the team thrive.
What You Have
- 2+ years of professional or administrative experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and operate independently in ambiguous environments.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset, with a knack for anticipating needs and taking initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft high‑quality, executive‑level messaging.
- Professionalism and executive presence, with the ability to build credibility and effectively engage with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- Collaborative and team‑oriented, focusing on fostering strong relationships across the Harvey team.
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information.
- In‑office role based in San Francisco or New York, with an expectation of being onsite at least three days per week, and additional days as needed based on business priorities.
Compensation Range
