What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: $1,000 per month. Paid out semi-monthly. Incentive Programs: Employee Referral Program; Performance Incentive Bonus Program; Sales Lead Referral Program; Next Day Pay Option
• Available Sunday through Thursday evenings.
• Available to work from 7:00pm (Sharp) until finished (approximately 2-3 hours on average).

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.

• Utilize the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Utilize Trash Butler's cutting-edge field app for efficient timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash from your open-bed pick-up truck or cart to the designated dumpster/chute on site.
• Maintain daily contact with the supervisor/manager to ensure a streamlined and effective workflow.
