Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $68,000.00/yr

Summary: Dudley Ventures, LLC and its affiliates have invested over $1.6 billion with its national banking partners to finance projects with deep community impact. We have structured and closed transactions utilizing New Markets Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, Low Income Housing Tax Credits and Renewable Energy Tax Credits, providing low-cost financing to projects in low-income communities and investments in renewable energy projects. The accounting clerk is a member of the accounting department who works closely with transaction and compliance teams and company ownership.

Responsibilities

• Process payments of accounts payable.
• Set up of transactions and pull reports from multiple online banking platforms.
• Compile and review reporting packages.
• Extensive communication with third parties in various roles.
• Electronic filing of items received.

Required Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy.
• Team player and positive attitude.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
• Understanding of automated accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics preferred.

Required Experience

• High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and general ledger in a batch-based accounting system.

Preferred Experience

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting or comparable field.
