About the Job:
The Senior Financial Analyst supports the annual budget process for Foundation Medical Partners (FMP), including budget development, monthly spreads, variance analysis, and training. This role also formulates periodic and ad-hoc reports and analyses related to financial data and activity levels across departments. What You’ll Do: Develop the annual operating budget for FMP, collaborating with department heads and analyzing statistical drivers and expenses. Provide training and support for budgeting and GL systems to ensure accuracy. Conduct statistical reporting and revenue analysis, identifying trends and communicating findings to management. Prepare Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR) and respond to related inquiries. Assist in compiling financial reports and planning tools to evaluate performance and support decision-making. Participate in year-end financial audits and provide ad-hoc reporting. Support Finance team members in report development and analysis. Perform other duties as assigned. Who You Are / Requirements: Education : Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. Four additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree. Experience : Minimum of 3 years in healthcare financial planning. Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and computer skills. Abilities : Initiative and independence in work. Effective communication. Collaboration across departments. Ability to manage stress and multitask in a dynamic environment. Preferred Knowledge : Experience with Workday and Adaptive Planning.
