The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) is a strategic and hands‑on leader responsible for overseeing the successful and profitable operation of multiple hotel properties within a designated region. This role focuses on maximizing guest satisfaction, driving revenue growth, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring adherence to brand and regulatory standards. The RDO will lead cross‑functional teams, develop strong partnerships, and implement performance‑driven strategies that align with company goals.

The ideal candidate must reside in or be willing to relocate to West Florida or Alabama and will be required to travel regularly to multiple hotel properties within this region.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales teams to increase market share, maintain key client relationships, and monitor performance to meet revenue goals.
Ensure an exceptional guest experience by fostering a customer‑centric culture, respond to guest feedback, and use satisfaction metrics to continuously improve service quality.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high‑performing team while cultivating a positive, inclusive, and goal‑oriented work environment.
Provide timely performance reports, financial updates, and operational insights to stakeholders, including owners and corporate leadership.
Develop and execute pricing strategies, monitor market trends, and lead revenue‑generating initiatives across all hotel departments.
Qualifications
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to West Florida or Alabama.
Proven ability to manage diverse teams, delegate effectively, and develop talent across multiple property locations.
A bachelor’s degree (B.A.), 3–5 years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
In‑depth knowledge of hotel operations, including preventative maintenance, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services.
Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with the ability to evaluate performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage changing business needs with frequent overnight travel, as such should be available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Compensation $85,000 - $95,000 per year
