Staffmark Drivers is seeking an experienced and reliable Class A Driver to join our team in Columbia, MD. This is a local, home-daily position offering competitive pay, consistent routes, and the opportunity to work with a company that values safety, reliability, and professionalism. Pay: $27.00 per hour (hourly pay) Schedule: 3:00 AM - 12:00 PM | Tuesday-Saturday and/or Monday-Friday (based on business needs) Job Details Route: Local deliveries with 1-5 stops per shift Freight: Light touch freight Vehicle Type: Class A truck Employment Type: Temporary assignment Home Time: Home daily - no overnight routes

Job Duties Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle for local deliveries and pickups Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned equipment Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs promptly Read and interpret delivery manifests and exception forms Deliver freight safely, efficiently, and professionally Represent Staffmark and the client with a positive, customer-focused attitude Work assigned shifts consistently to meet delivery schedules

Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Valid DOT Medical Card Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the last 3 years No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the past 3 years Clean FMCSA Clearinghouse report Acceptable MVR and ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
