BDC Manager – Multi Location

Bettenhausen Automotive is expanding! As we grow our Centralized Sales BDC team
to support three locations, we're seeking a
motivated, hands‑on BDC Manager
to lead and develop our Business Development Center representatives. If you're an energetic, organized, and people‑focused leader with a passion for driving results, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDC Representatives to meet and exceed goals.
Oversee daily operations of the Sales BDC for all store locations.
Monitor call, lead, and appointment performance metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement process improvements to increase appointment show rates and conversion.
Provide ongoing training and feedback to team members.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing departments to maximize lead generation and management.
Ensure CRM data accuracy and timely follow‑up on all customer leads.
Promote and uphold our culture of positivity, professionalism, and exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For
1-2 years experience as Sales BDC Manager, leading 5+ BDC Members preferred
Must have Automotive BDC experience
Strong communication and motivational skills.
Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
High energy, positivity, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Experience with dealership CRMs (e.g., VinSolutions, Reynolds & Reynolds preferred)
Compensation & Schedule
Competitive salary
based on experience
Monthly Bonuses
Full‑time , 5 days per week (some evenings and Saturdays may be required)
