We are looking for Business Controller (m/f/d) to further develop our location.

Your Role As a Business Controller (m/f/d), you will act as a key link between Finance and Operations. You will ensure transparency in the financial performance of our production site in Werther and support the management team in achieving its goals.
Take ownership of the reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all financial activities.
Analyze financial results and performance trends, providing clear explanations and actionable recommendations to improve operational outcomes.
Partner closely with production and technical teams to identify cost efficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee costs, investments, headcount, and capacity utilization to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Enhance and standardize financial reporting, forecasting, and KPI frameworks to support effective decision-making.
Monitor inventory and working capital, implementing measures to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Contribute to business cases, investment proposals, and project controlling while supporting audits when required.
Act as a trusted financial advisor to both the Production Unit Manager and the Finance Manager, fostering a strong business partnership.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
At least three years of professional experience in controlling or finance, ideally gained in an industrial or manufacturing company within an international corporate environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of financial and operational drivers
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems (ideally Infor M3) and BI/Data Analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
Fluent in English; good command of German preferred
Results-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven personality
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment
