This team works with their offshore vendor to help support client and customer needs. Customers have a current Annuity policy in force and they want to do something with it: money out, withdrawal on the contract, tax procedures, setting up income streams. The team is responsible for working reports to maintain controls, understanding why the reports are generated, and looking for system gaps. The on-shore team handles complex tasks and primarily answers questions about tasks to process. This team is considered Subject Matter Experts and answers vendor partner questions, works the complex tasks that come through, and supports controls reports. Escalations from the contact center and key business partners that work with top producing FMOs are supported. Responsiveness is important. Responsibilities
Answer questions about processing tasks and support complex tasks and controls reporting. Escalate and coordinate with contact centers and key business partners. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for vendor partner questions and complex workflows. Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree completed AND/OR 2+ years of financial, banking or insurance experience Shift
Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm. Four weeks of 100% onsite training, then allowed to work from home 2 days a week after training. Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
