Sr. Financial Analyst, Operations Consolidations
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)
Pay: $101,000 – $128,000 per year. Bonus/incentive pay available.
About the Role The Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for consolidating and analyzing spend and headcount data across global operations to support strategic decision‑making. The role focuses on standardizing processes, improving reporting efficiency, and delivering financial insights to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead consolidation, reporting, tracking, and analysis of global financials as part of month‑end and forecast cycles.
Support annual budget cycle, including tracking of calendar deadlines and key schedules.
Lead reporting of headcount, reconciling open requisitions and performing variance analysis.
Prepare and publish monthly performance indicators, addressing ad‑hoc requests.
Provide FP&A support to the Global Ops PMO office: forecast, budget, month‑end close journal entries, flux analytics, ad‑hoc analysis, and process improvements.
Serve as subject matter expert of financial reporting systems, liaising with IT for enhancements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant FP&A experience.
Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Hyperion, BPC, OneStream, Power BI.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Self‑starter, customer‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
