As an Employment Law Attorney / Pre-Litigation Associate, work on a contract for 3 months before potential conversion to a permanent, direct-hire role. Engage in pre-litigation activities on the negotiation team, with the goal of communicating with opposing counsel to assess the case status and explore negotiations or mediations. Support a growing employment law practice while working remotely. Collaborate with team to achieve conversion to a permanent, direct-hire role after approximately 3 months. Qualifications
