Technology and Innovation - Associate Director (NetSuite)

Riveron is looking for an Associate Director to join our Technology and Innovation practice. This client‑facing role interacts with key leadership such as CFO and Controller and contributes to business development, sales, practice development, and project execution. As an Associate Director, you will lead delivery of client engagements, serving as the day‑to‑day point of contact for the client, guiding a team of consultants through the project lifecycle, and ensuring high‑quality projects are consistently executed on time and on budget. You will deepen client problems in real‑time, deliver ongoing thought partnership, and contribute to developing the practice as we invest in your growth. Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr – $210,000.00/yr Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS) 7+ years of implementation or optimization experience and prior experience with architecting ERP solutions on NetSuite Leading or supporting full‑cycle NetSuite Implementations Previous experience gathering business requirements and implementing an ERP, CRM, & PSA solution Mastery of Microsoft Office products Consulting experience with QuickBooks, Intacct, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, and/or PeopleSoft is a plus Software as a Service (SaaS) or Cloud experience is a plus Certified NetSuite ERP consultant is a plus Ability to develop, grow and sustain client relationships Entrepreneurial spirit and solution‑oriented mindset Ability to work in ever‑changing, dynamic environments Strong verbal, written, and oral communication skills for a variety of audiences Desire to participate in Riveron culture and internal initiatives Passionate about best practices and challenging the need for customization by configuring the platform What You’ll Do

Execute Projects

Collaborate with the Implementation team to develop effective and scalable NetSuite solutions and leverage best practices Work directly with the team to develop business requirements and translate them into specific NetSuite functionality Lead client workshops to define implementation strategy supporting the business growth Lead or support implementation teams in solution design and implementation Work with client IT teams to ensure solution design is well understood and present design to external and internal teams Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, QA, implementations, and project reviews for engagements Define integration requirements and collaborate with integration teams to interface other applications with NetSuite Oversee and lead engagement teams through all phases of a NetSuite ERP implementation or optimization project Support Business Development and Sales

Identify expansion opportunities on client engagements to cross‑sell Riveron’s services Participate in pre‑sales meetings with current and prospective clients to assess project level‑of‑effort and determine fit for NetSuite Identify NetSuite modules and determine timeline, resource plan, level‑of‑effort, and fee estimates for implementation NetSuite Practice Development

Work with practice leadership to develop and deliver NetSuite‑specific training, business development training, and collateral About Riveron
