Base pay range: $89.40/hr – $116.78/hr.
Job Description Applies nursing process and theories, as well as principles of psycho‑social and physical sciences, in assessing, planning, diagnosing, implementing, evaluating, and modifying patient care. Strives for quality outcomes and innovative practice in accordance with the California Nursing Practice Act and hospital/departmental policies. The Clinical Nurse provides care in a collaborative manner with other disciplines to ensure optimal, individualized patient care and outcomes. All aspects of the Clinical Nurse’s performance support service excellence and a healing environment.
Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
Experience:
Recent clinical nursing experience in Level II Nursery‑LG area of specialty.
License/Certifications:
Registered Nurse License – California Board of Registered Nursing; Basic Life Support – American Heart Association; Neonatal Resuscitation Program – American Academy of Pediatrics.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to communicate in English; perform speaking, reading, writing, and mathematics; organize, prioritize, and delegate appropriately.
Patient Age Served:
All age groups one year of age or greater.
Compensation Hourly: $89.40 – $116.78.
Physical Requirements Medium Work – requires standing majority of shift, lifting up to 35 lbs repeatedly, involves sitting, kneeling, climbing, and squatting.
