This is a rare opportunity to join a high-impact, mission-driven organization and play a key role in shaping its inorganic and strategic growth initiatives across a broad portfolio of healthcare services. The position will require a full-time physical presence in Orlando, FL. Relocation assistance is available for applicable candidates. About the Role

The Director of Corporate Development will lead complex M&A transactions and partnerships from origination through integration. Working closely with senior executives, finance, operations, legal, and clinical leaders, this individual will identify, evaluate, and execute deals that align with the organization’s mission, market expansion strategy, and long-term goals. Lead end-to-end execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities across targeted markets. Coordinate due diligence efforts across financial, operational, and legal teams. Develop and review business cases, valuation models, and transaction materials. Partner cross-functionally to ensure successful execution and post-close integration. Prepare presentations for executive and board-level review. Conduct market and competitor analyses to inform strategic growth priorities. 8+ years

of progressive experience in

Corporate Development, M&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Strategy Required

experience within healthcare services or provider organizations. Strong leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities; experience presenting to executive leadership and boards. Proven ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously. Deep financial acumen, including valuation modeling and deal structuring expertise. Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights. Bachelor’s degree required;

MBA or advanced degree preferred. Influence the growth strategy of a
