GE Vernova is seeking a strategic and customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to lead GridBeats™ Device Management (DvM)—a core component of GridBeats™, our portfolio of software-defined automation solutions for grid digitalization. DvM is a software suite that enables remote monitoring, control, and lifecycle management of grid devices—including protection & control, automation, and sensing equipment. Designed for distribution and transmission utilities, renewable operators, and industrials, DvM enhances operational efficiency, cybersecurity, and system resilience. As Senior Product Manager, you’ll drive product strategy, discovery, and delivery in close collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams. Your mission: build solutions that solve real problems, deliver measurable outcomes, and shape the future of grid automation.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

Lead product discovery to validate problems and de-risk solutions before scaling.

Engage deeply with customers to uncover insights and opportunities.

Translate customer needs and product strategy into clear, actionable R&D requirements.

Prioritize outcomes over outputs—focus on solving problems, not just shipping features.

Own the product’s business case, profitability, and lifecycle.

Collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver value.

Evaluate emerging technologies and partnerships to enhance the product ecosystem.

Develop go-to-market strategies and support commercial execution.

Monitor product performance and continuously iterate based on feedback and market dynamics.

Represent the product at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.

5+ years in product management, including 3+ years leading complex B2B or industrial software products.

Proven ability to prioritize and validate solutions based on evidence.

Experience in energy, utilities, smart grid, or device management is a strong plus.

Familiarity with AI/ML, cloud platforms, and SaaS.

MBA preferred.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Fluent in English (written & spoken); knowledge of French is a plus.

Profil recherché

Diplôme en ingénierie, commerce ou domaine connexe.

Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de produit, dont au moins 3 ans sur des produits logiciels complexes B2B ou industriels.

Capacité avérée à prioriser et valider des solutions sur la base de preuves.

Expérience dans les secteurs de l’énergie, des services publics, des réseaux intelligents ou de la gestion d’équipements fortement appréciée.

Connaissance des technologies IA/ML, des plateformes cloud et des modèles SaaS.

MBA apprécié.

Maîtrise des méthodologies Agile.

Maîtrise de l’anglais (oral et écrit) indispensable.
