IT Procurement Analyst

to manage technology asset lifecycle operations, with a strong focus on

laptop refresh programs , vendor management, and IT hardware/software procurement. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between IT, Finance, and vendors to deliver efficient, cost-effective, and timely procurement solutions that support business continuity and employee productivity. Responsibilities

Lead and execute

laptop refresh projects , including forecasting, budgeting, vendor selection, purchasing, deployment coordination, and end-user transition. Manage

procurement of IT hardware and peripherals

(laptops, monitors, docking stations, mobile devices, accessories) across global locations. Collaborate with IT Operations, Asset Management, and Finance to ensure compliance with purchasing policies and budgetary guidelines. Analyze inventory, usage trends, and lifecycle data to optimize purchasing decisions and reduce hardware downtime. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and OEMs (e.g., Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple) to negotiate favorable pricing and service-level agreements. Track and manage

IT assets throughout their lifecycle —from procurement to retirement—ensuring accurate asset records in tools like

ServiceNow, JAMF, or SCCM . Support hardware logistics including receiving, imaging, deployment, and decommissioning activities. Prepare procurement reports, spend analyses, and total cost of ownership summaries to support IT and finance leadership decisions. Identify process improvements and automation opportunities within procurement and asset management workflows. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of IT procurement or asset management experience

in a mid-to-large enterprise environment. Proven experience managing

laptop refresh or hardware replacement cycles . Strong understanding of

IT asset management (ITAM)

principles and procurement best practices. Proficiency with

procurement tools

(SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, etc.) and

asset tracking systems

(ServiceNow, JAMF, Intune, SCCM). Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills. Strong analytical skills with experience in

Excel

or

Power BI

for spend analysis and forecasting. Employment details
