We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Sales team, you will work in a fast-paced environment to grow and nurture senior-level client relationships, analyze and optimize campaign performance, plan branded and performance video campaigns, and lead complex platform work streams.

What you’ll do

Lead, manage, and proactively grow relationships with key clients and agency partners

Proactively lead product update discussions, educate brands and agencies on Snap’s products, and advise on best practices to drive performance and innovative campaigns

Help onboard new account managers and specialists, ensuring understanding of best practices and cross-functional relationships

Partner with account executives and creative strategists during the RFP process to develop innovative, insight-driven digital campaigns on Snapchat with measurable ROI

Lead projects with complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration

Dive into campaign performance data; guide KPI-driven measurement, identify trends, optimize campaigns, and provide upsell recommendations

Increase adoption and engagement of Snap’s self-service platform and auction tools, with ongoing technical support and real-time analysis

Develop best-in-class case studies that drive a test-and-learn agenda across the category

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Advanced Excel skills with experience analyzing datasets to deliver actionable insights

Data-driven with deep understanding of advertising performance metrics

Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management

Expert understanding of advertising performance metrics

Deep understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and ability to educate others

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes

Ability to lead multiple projects with strong attention to detail

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills

Minimum Qualifications

BS/BA in business, communications, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience

5+ years proven experience turning complex data into metrics-driven stories that drive campaign performance

5+ years working with clients to understand brand strategy and perform in-depth data analysis for short and long-term strategies

Experience in the digital media industry with focus on performance, brand marketing, ad-tech, programmatic, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

Pre-existing relationships with senior-level client decision-makers

Strong track record of delivering quota and positive client reviews

Passion for Snapchat as a user and solid knowledge of ad products

Compensation

In the United States, pay is determined by location and depends on skills, experience, and market conditions. Zone-specific ranges are listed below and may be negotiable within the range.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) : $107,000–$161,000

Zone B : $102,000–$153,000

Zone C : $91,000–$137,000

This position may be eligible for a sales incentive program and for equity in RSUs.
