Responsibilities

Manage, hire, train, and ramp a team of Enterprise SLED Sales Executives responsible for new and expansion bookings

Achieve annual SLED bookings quota with monthly and quarterly targets

Develop and manage sales team productivity metrics such as deal size, win rate, and forecast accuracy

Coach Sales Executives on building executive relationships with Public Sector accounts and navigating complex SLED deals

Conduct weekly forecast meetings and support direct reports in client and prospect meetings

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of Public Sector Sales experience working with SLED Agencies

Proven experience managing a high-performing SLED Sales team in a B2B technology environment

Strong relationship-building skills and ability to manage complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders

Knowledge of selling to C-level executives in the IT space

Experience in setting quotas and managing teams against those quotas

Preferred Qualifications

Successful track record as an individual contributor in sales with complex closing experience

Passion for coaching and developing others within a sales environment

Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time to client sites
