Consultant Relations Associate
to join its Institutional Relationship Management and Business Development team in Boston. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about the financial services industry and eager to develop a long-term career in consultant relations, institutional sales, or client‑facing investment management roles.
The
Consultant Relations Associate
will support the firm’s consultant engagement efforts across North America, working closely with senior team members and collaborating with internal partners in Investments, Operations, Compliance, and the Global Client Group. This is a high‑visibility position within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, prepare, and participate in consultant meetings and conference calls
Draft and distribute meeting notes and follow‑up communications
Manage consultant inquiries and ensure timely, accurate responses
Facilitate cash flows and maintain consultant contact data in CRM systems
Support RFP, RFI, and DDQ processes and targeted consultant communications
Maintain qualitative and quantitative data within third‑party consultant databases
Collaborate across departments to ensure consistency and quality in consultant outreach
Provide project support and serve as a reliable point of contact for both internal teams and external consultants
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Economics, or related discipline preferred)
1–5 years of experience in the financial services or investment management industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Positive, proactive attitude and strong sense of professionalism
