Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator will contribute to driving our marketing efforts across various channels, including digital marketing, event marketing, social media, website management, and graphic design. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role is instrumental in generating brand awareness within the Eastern MA and Northern New England AEC industry. The candidate should be in, or easily commute to the Greater Boston area, and will report remotely to the Director of Marketing located at Flow Tech’s headquarters in South Windsor, CT.

Position Overview Digital Marketing

Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and online advertising.

Contribute to the content, design and layout of quarterly Flow in the Know newsletters and other emails.

Event Marketing

Assist with planning and coordinating all aspects of events, from concept to execution, including vendor management, logistics, promotional materials, and post‑event analysis.

Ensure events are executed smoothly and contribute to our brand’s visibility and lead generation goals.

Graphic Design

Create and design graphics for digital and print media, including website graphics, brochures, banners, tradeshow displays and other promotional materials.

Ensure all designs align with our brand identity and messaging.

Business Development

Represent Flow Tech at relevant industry events.

Network and connect with industry professionals with the goal of forming meaningful relationships.

Become active with AEC industry associations through committee participation.

Social Media Management

Manage content creation, scheduling, and analysis across multiple social media platforms.

Website Management

Work closely with the external web development team to ensure our website is up‑to‑date, user‑friendly and optimized for search engines.

Update content regularly and collaborate on strategies to improve user engagement and conversions.

Marketing List Management and Data Hygiene

Maintain and manage our marketing database to ensure accuracy and cleanliness of data.

Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions.

Marketing Support

Support the Director of Marketing with the coordination of trade shows, promotional items, and employee apparel.

Facilitate the booking of travel arrangements and registration for industry events.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.

1‑3 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on event marketing, social media, and graphic design; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite and Canva).

Experience with HubSpot or other CRM/Marketing platforms is a plus.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Creative thinker with a results‑driven approach to marketing.

Compensation The base salary for this position is competitive, falling within the range of $60,000 to $68,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
