We’re seeking a
motivated and experienced Site Quality Lead
to take ownership of our site-wide
Quality Management System (QMS)
and drive continuous improvement across all operations. This leader will ensure our products and processes consistently meet — and exceed — both internal and customer standards, while fostering a culture of quality, compliance, and operational excellence. Salary:
$115K–$135K (based on experience) Full Benefits Package Included What You’ll Do
Lead the
development, implementation, and maintenance
of a compliant QMS aligned with
ISO 9001, IATF 16949 , and related standards.
Oversee
internal, customer, and regulatory audits ; ensure timely follow-up and corrective actions.
Track and analyze
quality metrics
to identify trends and execute improvement initiatives (CAPA).
Apply
Statistical Process Control (SPC)
and other analytical tools to monitor process performance.
Ensure robust
quality control procedures
are maintained throughout all manufacturing phases.
Manage
equipment calibration programs
and documentation.
Partner cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve product or process quality issues.
Lead and mentor a
team of inspectors, engineers, and analysts , promoting a high-performance culture.
Drive
supplier quality management , including supplier audits and performance monitoring.
Deliver
training programs
on quality systems, standards, and best practices.
Present
quality performance reports and strategic improvement plans
to site leadership.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering, Quality Management , or related discipline.
5+ years
of progressive quality management experience within
chemical manufacturing or coatings
industries.
Minimum
2 years in a leadership role .
In-depth understanding of
ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Six Sigma, and Lean
principles.
Skilled in
FMEA, SPC, A3, and Root Cause Analysis .
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with
ERP/QMS systems (Oracle or SAP preferred) .
Certifications:
CQE, CQA, and/or Six Sigma Green Belt required;
Black Belt strongly preferred.
