About AirOps

Today thousands of leading brands and agencies use

AirOps

to win the battle for attention with content that both humans and agents love. We’re building the platform and profession that will empower a million marketers to become modern leaders — not spectators — as AI reshapes how brands reach their audiences. We’re backed by awesome investors, including Unusual Ventures, Wing VC, Founder Collective, XFund, Village Global, and Alt Capital, and we’re building a world-class team with in-person hubs in San Francisco, New York, and Montevideo, Uruguay. As an

Associate

on the

New Business Strategy

team, you will be a highly versatile, analytical, and operationally-minded contributor who helps AirOps identify, launch, and scale new business opportunities. You will work end-to-end: market & vertical discovery, business case modelling, go-to-market playbook design, cross-functional launch execution (product, marketing, partnerships, operations), ongoing testing & optimization, and metric tracking. This is a “zero-to-one and one-to-many” kind of role: you’ll wear both strategy and operations caps, own projects fully through execution to driving results. What you’ll do

Define new revenue and line of business opportunities AirOps can win across industry segments, partner types, customer use-cases.

Evaluate opportunity size, unit economics, margin levers, growth trajectories and risks.

Collaborate with Product, GTM, Partnerships & Ops teams to design and launch new programs: define target customer, value-proposition, onboarding flows, KPIs, go-to-market approach.

Set up and own dashboards and weekly/monthly metrics to track initiatives.

Design and run experiments across operational workflows, pricing and packaging tests, onboarding & activation improvements, partner enablement.

Work across technical and non-technical teams (engineers, data, design, partnerships, marketing) translating strategy into execution.

Dive deep into detail (the “1-foot” view) while keeping sight of long-term vision (the “10,000-foot” view).

Drive outcomes from go-to-market planning to operational delivery and sales execution.

Use AirOps internally (“drinking our own champagne”) to streamline work, spark creative solutions, and model how customers can extract maximum value from the product.

Who you are

3-5 years full-time experience, could include consulting/strategy, operations, product strategy, growth/analytics at a tech or high-growth company.

Strong analytical chops: comfort building and manipulating models, deriving insights from data, making recommendations.

Operationally comfortable: you’re willing to get into the details of workflows, process design, hand-off cadence, measurement, tooling.

Entrepreneurial mindset: you proactively seek opportunities, act with bias for action, build from the ground up rather than following fully-baked instructions.

Cross-functional collaborator: you can influence and coordinate across teams (product, marketing, partnerships, data) without formal authority.

Strategic + tactical: you can think over the horizon (vision, market sizing, strategy) and also dive into the execution (playbooks, metrics tracking, detail).

Comfortable with ambiguity and change: you’ve thrived in fast-moving environments, are resourceful, and don’t wait for perfect information to move forward. Bonus: You’ve helped bring a new SaaS product or vertical to market.

You’re curious about AI and how it can make work faster, smarter, and more creative.

You get excited about how AI will impact the future of marketing.
