Familiarity in all aspects of Family Law, including matrimonial, custody, and Family Court issues, is essential. Responsibilities
Drafting pleadings, motions, depositions, and briefs. Appearing in New York Courts Managing cases through all stages of litigation. Developing and executing cost-effective litigation strategies. Organizing and tracking case status, managing calendars, and handling client matters. Zealously representing clients in divorce, custody, child support, and related matters in Supreme Court and Family Court Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Admission to the New York State Bar (required) Excellent legal writing and advocacy skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure A collaborative, client-focused mindset Knowledge of New York Supreme Court and Family Court procedures
