Our client, a well-established paper manufacturing company in Vernon, CA, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join their growing team. Base pay range
$30.00/yr - $35.00/yr
Position: Accounting Specialist - Direct Hire

Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
- Process vendor invoices, prepare payments, and manage customer billing
- Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end close
- Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing and payment inquiries
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with additional accounting projects as needed
Qualifications
- AA degree in Accounting or related field required
- Minimum 3+ years of AP and AR experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, responsible, and eager to learn and grow within the company
- Takes initiative and demonstrates a strong work ethic
