Geospatial and Cloud Analytics (GCA) is seeking a Task Order Project Manager (PM) serves as the primary point of contact for managing large and complex task orders and supports the Program Manager in coordination with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Task Order Managers, Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management, execution, and delivery of assigned task order(s), ensuring technical solutions, deliverables, and schedules are implemented effectively, on time, and within budget.

Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Task Order Project Manager provides leadership, oversight, and direction to project teams, manages resources, and ensures compliance with all contractual and performance requirements. This role requires strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and successful task order performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary manager for all aspects of assigned task order(s), including planning, execution, performance monitoring, and reporting.
  • Coordinate closely with the Program Manager, Government Contracting Officer, and customer stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives and deliverables.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved according to schedule and quality standards.
  • Oversee the implementation of technical solutions and ensure adherence to established processes, methodologies, and performance standards.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including work plans, schedules, risk assessments, and status reports.
  • Monitor project budgets and resource allocations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with all contract requirements, policies, and applicable regulations.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and professional development support to team members.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to program-level management activities as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree (BS/BA) in Business, IT, Management, or a related field; or an additional four (4) years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent nationally recognized project management certification required.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of five (5) years of project management or related experience with progressively increasing responsibility in the IT and/or consulting fields within the public and/or private sector.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience managing teams, projects, or programs of similar scope and complexity.
  • Clearance: Must possess an IT-II Critical Sensitive security clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities; demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with Government stakeholders.
