What You'll Get to Do The Customer Service Representative is focused on providing product/service information, processing orders, resolving issues, and reports to the Customer Service Manager. This role is perfect for an individual who has attention to detail (safety, quality, efficiency), strong work ethic/reliability, and is a problem solver . - Maintaining a broad knowledge of clients, products, and services of the organization.
- Accurately processing phone, faxed, and e-mailed quotes and orders in accordance with cut off times and other time constraints that may exist.
- Communicating with customers to determine expected delivery date and time.
- Providing consultation, coordination, and assistance to our customers, sales force, and internal personnel.
- Maintaining detail and organized records on all order documents, correspondence, and other project specific information.
- Must have a strong MS Word and Excel Office Skills.
- Organized with the ability to handle numerous projects and prioritize workload.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings, specifications, and customer request for pricing.
- Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision with solid memory retention and focus.
