A design-focused architecture and interiors studio is seeking a Senior Project Architect to join its growing Minneapolis team. The firm works across a variety of project types and scales, with a mission to create meaningful, human-centered spaces that drive positive change in culture, community, and business.
As a Senior Project Architect, you’ll lead projects from concept through construction, guiding design execution, technical documentation, and client coordination. This role is ideal for a licensed architect who thrives in a collaborative, creative environment and is eager to help shape innovative work.
Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Lead multidisciplinary teams through all project phases — from schematic design through construction administration
Manage project coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams
Develop and oversee detailed technical documentation, drawings, and specifications
Ensure design intent and technical quality are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
Mentor emerging architects and contribute to a supportive, design-led studio culture
Oversee construction administration tasks, including submittals and field observations
Qualifications
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch required)
10+ years of professional experience, including experience leading projects and teams
Licensed Architect
Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong knowledge of construction methods, detailing, and code compliance
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset
