What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Take end-to-end ownership of implementing workforce management solutions in mid-sized German hospitals
Establish credibility and trust with internal teams and customer-side project members for effective collaboration
Define and implement clear project governance, risk mitigation, and reporting processes
Organize and facilitate regular project meetings to track progress and resolve issues
Provide clear project updates in both German and English to all relevant stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications)
2–4 years of experience in project management or coordination of IT/software implementations, ideally in healthcare
Proven ability to quickly become productive in ongoing projects with minimal guidance
Hands-on experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing project timelines
Strong communication and facilitation skills in both German and English
General understanding of the German healthcare system or high motivation to learn
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Professional proficiency in German (C1+) with clear, structured communication skills
A structured and pragmatic working style, remaining calm under pressure
Willingness to travel for on-site meetings approximately 2 times per month
