Job Description Our client is seeking a
Senior Dynamics 365 Developer
with strong hands‑on experience across
Microsoft Power Platform technologies
including
Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Azure . The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, drive best practices, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions to meet complex business requirements.
Responsibilities
Design, customize, and deploy Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Customer Service module) solutions.
Configure and develop solutions using Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse).
Create web components and integrations using .NET, C#, SQL, and Azure.
Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 issues and implement fixes in collaboration with system administrators.
Perform requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, and testing.
Document technical specifications, configuration, and implementation procedures.
Develop mockups and prototypes to demonstrate Power Platform features.
Collaborate closely with business users and IT stakeholders to deliver optimized solutions.
Define and implement governance standards for the Power Platform.
Support DevOps for Power Platform (Power Pipelines / ALM Accelerator).
Participate in after‑hours and on‑call support as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years: Experience creating and managing Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
8+ years: Customization and implementation of Forms, Views, Plug‑Ins, Workflows, and BPFs.
5+ years: Custom development using .NET, JavaScript, and C#.
5+ years: Technical Lead experience in Dynamics 365 environments.
3+ years: Experience with Power Platform and Dataverse.
3+ years: Using PowerApps and Power Automate with standard and premium connectors.
Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing model for Dynamics 365 & Power Platform.
Preferred Skills
Experience with DevOps in Power Platform / D365 environments.
Knowledge of Data Integrations and Migrations (ADF & SSIS).
Experience with BIM360, Power Pipelines, or ALM Accelerator.
Professional Traits
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and work independently or in a team.
