Operations Facilities Analyst (Hybrid Option)
Position overview: This role supports Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Facilities Operations. The incumbent independently performs analytical assignments related to DHCS Facilities Operations, including oversight of general maintenance at all DHCS facilities, badging and physical access coordination, statewide emergency evacuation planning, policy and facility issue recommendations, processing service requests via ServiceNow, oversight of unarmed security guard and moving vendor services, and timely responsiveness to inquiries in the program’s vanity email inbox. Travel may be required up to 10%, including site visits to other DHCS buildings and possible overnight stays.
