Role: HCM Systems Manager(UKG) Duration: Full-Time Role Overview As a HCM (Human Capital Management) Systems Administrative Manager in IT, you would be responsible for overseeing the management and administration of HR systems, workforce management, and payroll within an organization's IT department. Key Responsibilities: As an HCM Systems Administrative Manager in IT, you would be responsible for overseeing the management and administration of key HR systems such as UKG Pro HR and Payroll, UKG WFM (Dimensions) timekeeping and scheduling, as well as other systems used for workforce management and payroll. The role involves developing and implementing policies and procedures, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of HR, workforce, and payroll data, preparing HR, workforce, and payroll reports, providing HR, workforce, and payroll analysis and insights, managing HR, workforce, and payroll projects, and supervising staff. Managing the implementation, maintenance, and management of HCM systems, such as UKG Pro HR and Payroll, UKG WFM timekeeping and scheduling, as well as other systems used for workforce management and payroll. Developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures related to HCM systems, workforce management, and payroll to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of HR, workforce, and payroll data within the organization's systems, including managing data quality, reconciliation, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Overseeing the preparation of HR, workforce, and payroll reports, such as employee headcounts, labor utilization, wage and hour compliance, and tax filings, and ensuring that these reports are accurate and timely. Coordinating and managing the HR, workforce, and payroll audit process to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Providing HR, workforce, and payroll analysis and insights to support decision-making processes within the organization, including analyzing HR, workforce, and payroll trends, forecasting, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Leading and managing HR, workforce, and payroll projects, such as system upgrades and implementations, process improvements, and automation initiatives. Supervising staff responsible for HCM systems, workforce management, and payroll administration, providing training and support as needed. Required Skills & Experience HCM Software: In-depth knowledge of UKG HCM software and systems. HR Processes: Understanding of human resources processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. Data Management: Proficiency in managing HR data, including data integrity, security, and privacy. Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance standards relevant to the organization and industry. Integration: Understanding of how HCM systems integrate with other enterprise software, such as ERP systems, to ensure data consistency and accuracy. Reporting and Analytics: Familiarity with reporting tools and the ability to generate HR metrics and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Change Management: Knowledge of change management principles to oversee the implementation of new HCM systems and processes. System Administration: Proficiency in configuring and maintaining HCM software, managing user access, and troubleshooting technical issues. Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data, identify trends, and make informed decisions related to workforce management. Project Management: Ability to lead and manage projects related to HCM system upgrades, implementations, and integrations. Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with HR teams, IT professionals, and external vendors, and to explain HR data and system-related matters to non-technical stakeholders. Vendor Management: If applicable, the ability to manage relationships with HCM software vendors and service providers. Training and Development: Skill in developing and delivering training programs to ensure that HR and management staff can effectively use HCM systems. Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues with HCM systems and provide support to end-users. Leadership: Leadership skills to oversee a team responsible for HCM system operations, support, and data management. Skill in identifying and solving complex problems related to HCM systems and processes. Preferred Qualifications 10+ years technology-focused systems administration experience with UKG Human Capital Management Systems focusing on the UKG PRO suite of applications.
