Brand Manager | Oceanside, CA What You'll Do We're looking for a Brand Manager who shares that spirit — someone who can lead our storytelling, elevate our creative expression, and drive thoughtful execution across every touchpoint. This person will bring together creativity and strategy, ensuring the LINKSOUL brand shows up authentically and consistently wherever it lives — from our social channels and catalogs to our athletes, ads, and retail partners.
Brand & Campaign Leadership
Develop and execute integrated brand and product campaigns that connect with consumers across digital, retail, and experiential channels.
Translate brand objectives into clear strategies, creative briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and E-Commerce teams to align storytelling and drive business results.
Creative & Content Direction
Lead brand content creation — from photography and video to copy and creative assets — ensuring everything reflects the LINKSOUL voice and aesthetic.
Manage external creative partners and agencies for photography, video production, social media, and catalog development.
Oversee ad creative and ensure cohesive storytelling across paid, owned, and earned media.
Social, Influencer & Athlete Programs
Oversee social media strategy and content calendars (with internal or external support).
Lead the Athlete & Ambassador Program — cultivating relationships with golfers, creators, and cultural voices who embody the LINKSOUL lifestyle.
Develop influencer partnerships that extend brand reach and measure their impact through KPIs.
Catalogs, Direct Mail & Collateral
Manage the planning and production of seasonal catalogs, direct mail pieces, and retail materials.
Collaborate with agencies or freelancers to deliver high-quality creative on time and on budget.
Budget & Performance
Build and manage the annual marketing budget, allocating resources across campaigns, content, and partnerships.
Track performance metrics and KPIs; report results and insights to the leadership team.
Use data to inform future campaigns and optimize ROI.
Who You Are
A storyteller and strategist with both creative instincts and operational discipline.
Experienced in managing agencies or freelancers across creative, social, or production.
Skilled in campaign planning, creative briefing, and cross-functional collaboration.
Comfortable building budgets, tracking spend, and presenting KPI-driven results.
Passionate about golf, art, and community — and the soulful space where they intersect.
