Overview
Brooksource is seeking an experienced Project Manager with proven experience leading IT infrastructure and systems integration initiatives following mergers and acquisitions (M&A). This individual will be responsible for planning and executing post-acquisition technology integration efforts - ensuring seamless alignment of infrastructure, applications, and operations across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT infrastructure and systems migration, coupled with expertise managing complex programs that touch network, server, identity management, and application ecosystems. This role requires exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Responsibilities
Integration & Infrastructure Delivery Lead end-to-end post-merger IT integration projects, including infrastructure consolidation, system migration, and data center alignment. Develop and manage project charters, roadmaps, schedules, and budgets to support M&A integration milestones. Oversee integration of core systems - Active Directory, networking, collaboration tools (O365, Teams, SharePoint), cloud platforms (Azure), and enterprise monitoring solutions. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with technology, business, and operations leaders to define integration scope, objectives, and deliverables. Collaborate closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture, and compliance teams to ensure alignment across all phases of integration. Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business units to communicate status, dependencies, and decisions. Identify and manage integration risks, issues, and interdependencies; implement mitigation strategies and escalation plans. Maintain detailed project documentation for audit, regulatory, and leadership review. Deliver clear and actionable progress reports, dashboards, and executive briefings. Identify opportunities to streamline integration processes and enhance post-merger technology operations. Promote best practices in infrastructure governance, change management, and service delivery. Qualifications
7+ years of IT project management experience, with 3+ years leading M&A integration or infrastructure transformation projects. Proven track record overseeing infrastructure components such as networking, servers, cloud migration, identity management, and endpoint technologies. Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks within regulated industries (preferably banking/financial services). Experience managing large cross-functional teams and multiple vendors during integration or migration initiatives. Expertise in project management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Microsoft Project. Skilled in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and executive-level presentation skills.
