Overview Amway - Finance - FP&A and Corporate Treasury, internship positions available. This posting is for two roles: FP&A Intern and Corporate Treasury Intern. When you apply, you will be considered for both roles as part of a single candidate pool. Department / Division: Finance. Location: Ada, MI (Onsite). Hourly Range: 23.41 – 33.20.

Corporate Treasury Internship The Corporate Treasury team manages US cash, global foreign exchange risk, and incoming/outgoing payment processes for Amway. The team collaborates with Global Treasury counterparts, banking partners, and business partners worldwide to ensure liquidity for day‑to‑day obligations, protect liquid assets, and implement financial risk management strategies. Interns gain exposure to Treasury activities supporting a large multinational company operating in more than ninety countries.

How the intern contributes to the team’s success:

The intern receives a well‑rounded introduction to treasury and supports day‑to‑day treasury activities while contributing to a project that informs go‑forward activities. An example project may include supporting the optimization of our Treasury Management System (Kyriba), assisting with short‑ and long‑term cash forecasting using Alteryx and Tableau, or helping solve data collection/accumulation challenges for Treasury models. The team emphasizes continuous improvement and faster, better decision making through data.

Supply Chain / FP&A Internship This team connects with multiple functions across the organization including Supply Chain (Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning), R&D, Marketing, Global Sales, Global Technology, Global Finance, Strategy, and more. It oversees Operating Expenses, Cost of Sales, Capital Investments and Projects, and various ad hoc requests from business partners. The finance team acts as strategic partners by providing financial insights to inform growth strategies in a fast‑paced, global environment.

The intern may work on projects that improve efficiencies, identify errors, propose solutions, or analyze data to support informed decisions.

Required skills and background

Desired Major: Accounting, Finance, Business, or similar field

Desired Class Year: Junior, Senior, or Graduate/Masters

Desired Skills: Detail oriented, strong communication skills

Experience with Alteryx

Advanced Excel
