Architecture and Interiors Recruitment Specialist- NYC
Our client is one of New York’s most prolific and enduring architectural firms that specializes in high‑end residential, commercial, mixed‑use, affordable housing, assisted and senior‑living facilities, public and institutional developments. We are seeking a full‑time Project Manager willing to work in a fast‑paced environment and in‑office setting.
Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
7+ years professional experience with a focus on high‑rise multifamily projects
LEED AP preferred but not necessary
Knowledge in Revit and Bluebeam
Thorough attention to detail and strong organizational skills
The ability to accept and give constructive criticism
The ability to work under pressure and within time constraints to meet deadlines
Problem‑solving skills and the ability to find a new way of doing things
Responsibilities
Report directly to the Partner in charge, lead the assigned team.
Manage project to include but not limited to towers, podium or parking.
May manage the casino, hotel, vertical circulation, egress facades, parking, restaurants, etc. as assigned by the Partner in charge.
Oversee production of construction documents, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Plan and develop project scope.
Ensure that client specifications and expectations are fulfilled.
Monitor project progress and set deadlines.
Maintain project files, including correspondence, drawings and the likes.
