Lead Dynamics Developer role at
DataStaff, Inc.
for a long-term contract opportunity, located in
Richmond, VA . Hybrid work arrangement. This is a remote-friendly role with on-site presence as needed. Responsibilities
Aid in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support of Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Design and develop new web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, Power Platform (Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and C#. Troubleshoot and remediate Dynamics 365 issues; document solutions and collaborate with system administrators and IT resources to implement fixes. Understand and apply Microsoft licensing models for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Adhere to best practices and define/refine governance for platform use. Develop and disseminate documentation on platform usage (requirements, recommendations, technical analysis, etc.). Create mockups/prototypes based on requirements and leverage Power Platform features/tools to meet business needs. Act as a liaison between IT and business units; serve as a point of contact for issue logging, tracking, and resolution. Assist customers in discerning between Dynamics 365/PowerApps/Power Automate and other offerings; identify efficient solutions and alternatives. Contribute to improving processes and policies within the Business Enablement Services program. Preferred experience with DevOps in Power Platform (Power Pipelines/ALM Accelerator). Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module. Experience in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage. Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse). Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to work in a team and manage individual tasks; adapt to a fast-paced environment. Independent, capable of handling a variety of complex tasks; effective collaboration with Developers and System Engineers. Ability to review and refine processes to align with priorities; participate in on-call duties as necessary. Ability to work from home and provide required support; available for after-hours work as needed. Required Skills
5+ years - Experience as a Dynamics 365 Technical Lead. 8+ years - Experience with creating and managing solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Service. 8+ years - Experience with customization and implementation of Forms, Views, Plug-Ins, Workflows and BPFs in D365. 5+ years - Custom development experience using .NET, JavaScript, and C#. 3+ years - Experience with Power Platform and Dataverse. 3+ years - Experience with standard and premium connectors with PowerApps and Power Automate. Desired Skills
2+ years - Experience with DevOps in Power Platform/D365 environments. 5+ years - Experience with data integrations and migrations using ADF & SSIS packages. Employment Details
