Tax Manager
with aspirations to become a shareholder in the near future. With one of the firm’s long-standing partners preparing for retirement, this is a rare opportunity to inherit a significant client base and step into a leadership role with a clear path to partnership. 7+ years of public accounting experience CPA certification required Strong generalist background: HNW individuals, small businesses, trusts (private clients) Ambition to grow into a partner role within the next few years Willingness to work in-office 5 days/week for the first year (flexibility available for the right candidate) Discretionary year-end bonus Potential sign-on bonus for the right candidate 5 weeks PTO
