Base pay range $6,031.00 – $7,547.00 per annum. New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable.
Job Description And Duties
Review, provide input, feedback, and clarifications to the Bureau of Gambling Control (BGC) Licensing System Replacement Project on assigned items.
Deliver project-specific functions and outputs related to business processes, workflows, and requirements.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and collaborate with consultants and the project team reviewing contractor deliverables such as system specifications and business requirements.
Coordinate, lead, and report on all implementation activities with project team members and stakeholders.
Research existing system functionality and business requirements to ensure consistency among processes.
Identify issues or inconsistencies and provide solutions; collaborate with consultants to clarify and document business rules, processes, workflows, and requirements.
Confirm DLE BGC IT systems, end users, and user roles that support each impacted business process.
Continuously review IT technical specification documents, compare functional requirements to business rules, process documents, and workflow diagrams, identify discrepancies and omissions.
Validate that business components align with the approved BGC Licensing System Replacement Project objectives, scope, strategic plan, and enterprise roadmap.
