If you are a Manufacturing Engineer looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Sherman, TX location, this hands-on position serves as the focal point of communication between Manufacturing, Product Engineering, Order Entry, Local Business Partners, and all other areas to facilitate the most rapid and efficient solution to manufacturing problems. Responsibilities

Partnering with Product Engineers to resolve shop floor problems, write-up and detailing issues, and providing engineering support for customer order requirements while also developing permanent solutions. Developing and implementing productivity improvements and lean manufacturing projects. Supporting manufacturing for problems related to product design or assembly. Providing engineering support for customer order requirements. Investigating, analyzing, and documenting Service Requests. Supporting the development of training materials and manufacturing procedures to improve plant productivity and quality including providing Technical Assistance to personnel within manufacturing. Bachelor of Science in Engineering - must be obtained by June 2025 Previous manufacturing engineering design/application experience or completion of an internship or CO-OP Driven self-starter with a hands-on approach to developing engineered solutions to manufacturing problems. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart

3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering design/application Bill of Materials construction experience in a related industry Lean Manufacturing experience Our Location
